If we haven’t met yet, I’m Jeff Burt. I’m the founder of Eclipse Creative, a company built on the belief that great ideas deserve to be seen, felt, and remembered. But beyond my role as a business owner, I’m someone who’s spent decades building, leading, and learning—often all at the same time.

This series was born from conversations. Real ones. The kind that happen in the quiet moments after a pitch, around a firepit at a leadership retreat, or on a call when a team member says, “Can I be honest with you?” These are the moments that spark growth—creative, personal, and professional.
